MISSING CLUBS!
I ordered 4 – PW and I only received 1 club out of the 7 that I paid for. The 4 iron I received is very nice, but I would like to get the other 6 clubs, then it would be a 5 star review. I’m an American stationed in Germany right now and have been trying to get ahold of some type of customer support to resolve this issue but have had no luck. Not to mention international call rates by the minute are very expensive so being on hold like I have been is only making the problem worse.

Hope to receive the correct clubs
One month ago I placed order for 6-PW set, but I just received one 7 iron, I was requested to return the wrong club.
I strated to return and refund soon. It was cost ONE MONTH to receive the refund. Today I just placed order for 6-PW set again, I hope I will be able to get the correct clubs!
Please do not let me wait for one more month!

These clubs are definitely forgiving. I’m getting back into golfing after several years away from the sport. I’ve been hitting straighter than ever before.

Product came ontime and brand new; missing club
The product came in fast within two days with prime; however, upon receiving it, there was a missing sand-wedge that wasn’t included in the set that was supposed to with the configuration I selected. Contacted Callaway support through email; hopefully, it gets resolved soon.
Update: Callaway customer service couldn’t send me a club in a clear timeline, so I returned the clubs. They need to improve their chat or email services rather than wait forever on hold on the phone.
